Privacy Policy

1.1 Overview

Claw Kanban Cloud ("we", "the Service") is a cloud companion for OpenClaw users. We collect and store only what is necessary to provide the Service: your identity for login, task data from your agents, and API Keys for authentication. We do not sell your data.

1.2 Data We Collect

• Google account data: Email address and profile picture via Google OAuth. Used solely to identify you and display your profile.
• Task data: Tasks created or updated by your OpenClaw agents — title, status, tags, subtasks, progress, logs, and results.
• API Keys: We store only a SHA-256 hash and short prefix. The full secret is never stored.

1.3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to authenticate you, store and display your tasks, and verify API Key requests. We do not use your data for advertising, third-party marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

1.4 Storage & Security

The Service is built on Supabase (database and auth) and hosted on Vercel. Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can only access their own records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

1.5 Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Revoked API Keys remain hashed for audit purposes but cannot be used.

2.1 What the Extension Does

GEO-Lens is an AI Visibility Monitor. It automatically queries AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini) with user-defined prompts to track how often your brand is mentioned, recommended, or cited in AI-generated responses.

2.2 Data Collected by the Extension

• Account information: Email address and profile data via Google OAuth, used to authenticate and identify your account.
• Domain & brand data: The domain URL, brand name, products, keywords, and competitor names you register for monitoring.
• Monitoring prompts: The prompts generated or entered by you to query AI platforms.
• AI responses: The text responses collected from ChatGPT or Gemini during monitoring sessions, stored to calculate your visibility score.
• Usage quota: Daily monitoring usage counts, stored to enforce fair usage limits.
• Authentication tokens: OAuth session tokens stored locally in chrome.storage.local on your device only.

2.3 How We Use This Data

Data is used exclusively to: run AI visibility monitoring sessions, calculate brand mention scores, store historical results for trend tracking, and enforce daily usage quotas. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the monitoring service.

2.4 Permissions Used

• storage: Saves login session and user preferences locally on your device.
• tabs: Opens the Google OAuth login page in a new tab.
• webRequest: Intercepts the Supabase OAuth callback URL to capture the authentication token after Google sign-in. No other requests are monitored or modified.
• sidePanel: Displays the monitoring interface in the browser side panel.
• Host permissions (<all_urls>): Required to inject content scripts into ChatGPT and Gemini pages to automate prompt submission and response collection during monitoring sessions.

2.5 Data Storage

Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device. Domain data, monitoring results, and usage quotas are stored in our Supabase database, isolated per user with Row-Level Security. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

2.6 Data Retention & Deletion

Local storage is cleared when you uninstall the extension or clear browser data. Cloud data (monitoring results, domain records) is retained while your account is active. To request deletion, contact us at privacy@seenos.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days.

3.1 Cookies

We use cookies for session management (Supabase authentication) only. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

3.2 Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us at privacy@seenos.ai.

3.3 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business users only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3.4 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
